Cut And Play is sort of like a five-song arts-and-crafts project by the stylish, bad boys of Rocket From The Crypt. First, the gimmick: essentially, you have to literally cut your way through the packaging in order to play the damn thing. Second, the music: the band doles out its signature punk punch and swagger, complete with the brass section's classy accents. RFTC has cooked up another fast, fun and raspy little morsel that's meant to be cranked up loud.
