SCREAM, DRACULA, SCREAM! - Interscope

It had been more than two years since RFTC had released a long-player, but in 1995 the San Diego sextet rose from its tomb to deliver not one, but two amazing full-lengths. In August, the band released its vinyl-only Hot Charity record (Perfect Sound) and in October, the ground-breaking Scream, Dracula, Scream! - a brilliant rock 'n' roll record with enough chops to propel the band out of the underground and straight into the limelight. This fall, the band began a year-long tour, so by the end of next year, Rocket will likely have us all sitting in the palm of its hand.
