12" vinyl only release, limited to 3,000 copies, with the first 100 on translucent blue vinyl. Recorded by Gar Wood in his garage. The dye-cast cardboard sleve has a sticker placed over it with the vinyl inside, hence the title: you have to cut the sticker around the hole to get the vinyl out.
